Electroluminescent panel, new, dimensions 4.5 x 3.4 in., with two power supply contacts. Back adesive plate for fix on any flat surface. It's possible to cut it to adapt it for LCD backlight or to make light signs. Glow a good white / blue light. Power: 90/180V 400/650 Hz, with inverter (not available).
